SBFM is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our Leeds team on a temporary basis for about 3 to 6 months.

You will provide expert ER guidance, coach managers, and support TUPE and casework activities while driving process improvements and policy updates.

The role is office-based at Colton, Leeds LS15, with hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. A HR degree and CIPD qualification are advantageous for applicants.
