SBFM is seeking a high skilled transformation leader to drive strategic and operational transformation across the business. The role sits within the Central Operations and Transformation team and is positioned to identify and deliver significant change that enhances customer experience, operational efficiency, and commercial performance. The Head of Transformation and Strategy will manage a small team dedicated to executing these cross‑functional initiatives.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead Cross Functional Transformation Programmes: Direct business-wide transformation initiatives. Cross‑functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver strategic business outcomes. Apply change management principles to facilitate the adoption of new strategies, structures, and systems. Ensure effective communication and training are in place to support these changes. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and external partners. Create cross‑function teams to support on and deliver key projects throughout the business.
- Develop Data Driven Operational Strategies: Build and execute strategies aimed at improving operational performance. Use data insights to enhance customer satisfaction and overall experience.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement. Champion innovative approaches to problem solving and team development.
- M&A Support: Play a key role in M&A activities, from due diligence to full implementation, ensuring that acquisitions deliver target growth and expected strategic benefit.
- Drive Digital & Commercial Transformation: Optimise tech‑enabled operations to drive efficiency. Identify commercial opportunities from digital transformation. Drive revenue growth and expand market opportunities through new digital initiatives.
- Inspire and Motivate Teams: Act as a transformation ambassador within the business. Empower teams to deliver outstanding, measurable results in a controlled way.
