We’re looking to build a relationship with a talented Freelance Graphic Designer to support our marketing team & Senior Graphic Designer on an ad-hoc basis during busy periods and across specific projects. This role is ideal for a designer who can quickly understand brand guidelines, deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders. You’ll help ensure our brand remains consistent, professional, and visually engaging across digital and print communications.
Scope of Work
- Designing marketing assets such as social media graphics, website headers and email templates.
- Creating and updating PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Producing brochures, reports, and branded documents.
- Supporting bid and tender submissions with visual layouts and formatting.
- Designing information posters, guides, and cleaning specifications.
- Editing and preparing imagery for digital and print use.
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong portfolio demonstrating professional design work across multiple formats.
- High proficiency in PowerPoint (essential).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience using collaboration or project management tools (e.g. Asana) is beneficial.
