About The Role
Join a Growing Business
Due to continued growth, SBFM is looking for a full time experienced HR Business Partner to join our People Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused HR professional who enjoys partnering with operational leaders, driving positive change, and delivering practical people solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will support a dedicated business area, providing expert HR advice while leading on employee relations, organisational change, TUPE, restructures, and people initiatives that help deliver our business objectives.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with Directors and Managers to provide proactive HR support and guidance.
- Coach and support managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance.
- Lead and support organisational change projects, restructures, TUPE transfers, mobilisations and demobilisations.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive engagement and improve people performance.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning and talent development.
- Analyse people data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Deliver HR projects and initiatives aligned with the wider People Plan.
- Support recruitment activity and work closely with the Resourcing team.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to continuously improve our HR service.
About You
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar senior HR role.
- CIPD level 5 qualification
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
- Experience supporting organisational change, restructures and TUPE.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A commercial approach with the ability to influence and challenge positively.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
