SBFM is seeking a highly skilled transformation leader to drive strategic and operational transformation across the business. The role sits within the Central Operations and Transformation team and is positioned to identify and deliver significant change that enhances customer experience, operational efficiency, and commercial performance. The Head of Transformation and Strategy will manage a small team dedicated to executing these cross‑functional initiatives.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead Cross Functional Transformation Programmes
- Direct business-wide transformation initiatives.
- Cross‑functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to deliver strategic business outcomes.
- Apply change management principles to facilitate the adoption of new strategies, structures, and systems. Ensure effective communication and training are in place to support these changes.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and external partners.
- Create cross‑function teams to support on and deliver key projects throughout the business.
- Develop Data Driven Operational Strategies
