We have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our business supervising and leading our cleaning team based in Fareham. This role will suit someone who has experience of supervising a team; or an experienced cleaner who is ready to take the next step in their career. While this role is supervisory, the main duties involve cleaning alongside your wider team. All of your uniform, equipment and products will be provided, along with the support of an Area and Regional Management Team.
Available Shift Pattern: 5:30pm-8:00pm Monday to Friday
Duties Will Include:
- Supervising a team of cleaners to ensure high standards are met
- Allocation of tasks to the team and ensuring the cleaning specification is met
- Assistance with on-site audits
- Induction, training and support for new starters
- Vacuuming and cleaning of floor areas
- Dust control
- Removal and disposal of litter
- Sanitising all areas
- Replenishment of soap, toilet rolls and hand towels
The Candidate:
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Previous cleaning experience
- Reliable and punctual
- Polite and courteous to all staff and customers
