As a Manager, you will:
- Shape and manage high-quality, technically accurate client deliverables, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Lead and support the team’s delivery of complex technical solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and client relevance.
- Balance technical delivery demands with attention to detail, risk management, and business objectives.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and technical partners, identifying areas where additional technical value can be added.
- Leverage domain knowledge in areas such as EEA, SDV, or other technical disciplines to solve complex client challenges.
- Manage and mentor team members, driving their professional growth through technical development and coaching.
- Contribute to internal initiatives, including tools, processes, and capability-building to improve technical delivery.
- Identify and address technical risks early, implementing mitigation measures to ensure project success.
To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate the following skills and competencies:
- Experience or knowledge in areas such as EEA, SDV, or other technical disciplines.
- An adaptable and well-organized approach, with ability to manage a busy workload with several short-term and long-term projects running simultaneously, directing other members of the team as required.
- Excellent written communication skills to enable the production of high-quality client reports in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Confident verbal communication with the ability to build rapport and inspire confidence with SBD’s clients.
- Fluent Chinese Mandarin and excellent spoken and written English.
- Industry interest and a desire to meet client needs.
- An understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing the connected car industry, and evidence of your ability to keep abreast of technical and business developments in this fast-moving sector.
