Warehouse Operative responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Picking and packing retail and wholesale orders with a high level of care and accuracy
- Ensuring safe handling, storage and repacking of all products in line with stock locations and rotation policies
- Loading distribution vehicles safely and highlighting any errors or damages prior to completion
- Supporting the receipt of deliveries and ensuring they are stored or delivered to the correct building location
- Maintaining high standards of site house‑keeping
- Maintaining high levels of Health and Safety awareness and reporting any areas of concern to the team leader immediately
- Assisting with inventory counting when necessary
- Putting forward improvement suggestions where appropriate
- Being a team player and assisting other team members when necessary
- Supporting the warehouse operation with other day‑to‑day tasks
Qualifications and Skills:
- A high level of physical fitness, as some heavy lifting and continuous movement will be involved
- Ability to follow company health and safety policies and advice
- Display a positive attitude
- Reliability and flexibility
- Forklift counterbalance and flexi licence
- Computer literacy

SALARY: £25,447.50 per annum
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week (9 am – 5 pm, Monday‑Friday)
