Drawing on insight, organisation, and stakeholder engagement, you'll help secure major gifts and create memorable experiences that inspire supporters to make a difference.
What you’ll be doing
- Research prospective donors, corporate partners, trusts and foundations
- Prepare high-quality briefing documents and meeting materials
- Organise donor visits, charity tours, receptions, dinners and stakeholder events
- Manage guest lists, invitations and supporter communications
- Track campaign donations and maintain accurate CRM records
- Work closely with senior leaders, supporters and external stakeholders to maximise fundraising opportunities
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a fast-paced office, fundraising, research or stakeholder engagement role
- Strong research and analytical skills Proven event planning and coordination experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- A proactive, organised and relationship-focused approach
