We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Manager to oversee all aspects of site activities across projects in Yorkshire, the Midlands and North East England. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with industry and company regulations, legislation, and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with NEC 3 and 4, and Bills of Quantities (BoQ).
- Prepare pre-start documentation, including RAMS, contracts, and programs.
- Plan and allocate resources in collaboration with the Delivery Director.
- Ensure compliance with key contract areas and manage site operatives and subcontractors.
- Oversee daily site operations and complete necessary paperwork (briefings, safety talks, etc.).
- Handle weekly paperwork and ensure all permits are in place.
- Source materials and ensure timely delivery to meet project schedules.
- Produce quality assurance paperwork and assist with as-built drawings.
- Create two-week look-ahead programs and maintain daily site diaries.
Qualifications and Skills:
- CSCS Managers Card Level 6 or above.
- CPCS Lift Supervisor and Slinger Signaller.
- SMSTS certification.
- Cat & Genny training.
- First Aid at Work (3-day course).
- EUSR Blue Card.
- Fire Marshall certification.
- Confined Spaces (Medium Risk) City & Guilds.
- Ability to obtain security clearance within 6 months.
