This is a full-time consultant role for an experienced family law solicitor. The position involves acting as a family case supervisor, generating a diverse caseload in this practice area and running family files self-sufficiently. This involves excellent representation for clients, providing expert advice, whilst ensuring strict compliance with legal and ethical regulations. Additional responsibilities include contributing to the practice's development in the family law area through case supervision and offering professional insights on complex family law matters.

Qualifications and skills

  • A valid Solicitor's Practising Certificate and registration with the SRA
  • Expertise in family law -- at least 3 years' post-qualifying experience
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills
