The role
You will manage a varied caseload of learners undertaking the ECITB Level 2 and Level 3 RQF Diplomas in Steel Erecting, supporting them from enrolment through to successful completion. Working closely with learners and employers, you will help individuals develop the knowledge, skills and competence required to progress within the steel erecting industry.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out workplace assessments at employer sites
- Assess learner competence against ECITB guidance and qualification requirements
- Manage learners throughout their full programme
- Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate assessment records
- Provide clear, constructive feedback and ongoing support
- Work with employers to ensure learners remain engaged and on track
- Manage your own diary and caseload effectively
