As SB Services continues to grow, we are looking for a Trainee Construction Estimator to join our expanding multi‑trade construction business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long‑term career within the construction industry. Working alongside our operational teams, you will gain valuable hands‑on experience and play an important role in supporting projects across the commercial, industrial, energy and residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of estimates and tender submissions
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation
- Supporting quantity take‑offs and cost planning activities
- Obtaining quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Maintaining tender records and project information
- Working closely with estimating and operational teams throughout the tender process
- Assisting with commercial administration and reporting
Requirements:
- An interest in construction and the built environment
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
