Contract: Freelance β initial six-week contract
Location: London, with travel to Milan and Paris where required
Start: Immediate
Working pattern: Approximately 2β3 days per week initially, increasing to five days per week from the start of London Fashion Week and continuing throughout London, Milan and Paris Fashion Weeks
Compensation: Competitive freelance day rate, dependent on experience
Expenses: All agreed business travel and accommodation will be covered by SB-MGMT
There may be potential for the contract to extend or develop into a permanent Talent Manager position for the right person
The strongest candidates are likely to have experience in one or more of the following:
- Talent or artist management
- Fashion PR, VIP or celebrity relations
- Influencer or creator management
- Fashion Week talent logistics and event delivery
- Luxury brand partnerships or entertainment
- A talent, modelling, music, PR or creative agency
The Opportunity
SB-MGMT is seeking an experienced Talent Manager to join the business throughout Fashion Month.
Working across London, Milan and Paris, you'll support a carefully curated roster of talent across luxury fashion, music and entertainment, ensuring campaigns, appearances and brand partnerships are delivered to the highest standard.
This is an opportunity for someone who already understands the pace and demands of Fashion Month and can confidently step into the role from day one.
The Role
Working alongside the wider team, you'll provide operational support across a select roster of talent during one of the busiest periods of the year.
You'll become the primary point of contact for day-to-day activity, ensuring talent, brands and agency partners receive an exceptional level of service throughout Fashion Month.
Responsibilities
Talent
β’ Manage Fashion Week schedules across London, Milan and Paris
β’ Coordinate travel, accommodation and itineraries
β’ Manage invitations, RSVPs and daily schedules
β’ Travel with talent where required
β’ Coordinate photographers, content capture and social media requirements
β’ Liaise with luxury brands, PR agencies, stylists, glam teams and event organisers
β’ Coordinate sample loans and ensure all wardrobe and look returns are completed efficiently
β’ Resolve day-to-day operational requirements quickly and professionally
Brand Partnerships
β’ Manage inbound commercial partnerships from confirmation through to completion
β’ Coordinate contracts, schedules, approvals and campaign timelines
β’ Manage communication between brands, agencies and talent
β’ Ensure all contractual deliverables are completed accurately and on time
β’ Coordinate appearances, gifting and campaign logistics
β’ Deliver an exceptional level of client service throughout every partnership

Experience
Applicants should already have experience within one or more of the following:

β’ Model Agency Operations
β’ Fashion PR
β’ Fashion Week Production
β’ Celebrity or VIP Management
Previous experience supporting talent throughout London, Milan or Paris Fashion Week is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating confidently with luxury brands and talent, and working independently within a fast-paced environment.
