As our Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving the performance of our commercial team by helping Sales and Marketing teams to better coordinate their efforts and to better apply learning from the measurement of the impact of their work. You’ll work across a wide range of commercial activity, giving you visibility and influence across the business. The role combines analytics, operational coordination, and stakeholder management, making it ideal for someone who likes solving problems, improving processes, and helping teams work more effectively together. There’s scope to shape how reporting and measurement governance evolve as our business grows, with opportunities to develop deeper expertise across CRM, Cycle Planning, commercial analytics, and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance Management: Develop and maintain reporting frameworks across the commercial funnel, from campaign activity and lead generation through to conversion and volume outcomes. Measure and report on ROI and effectiveness of promotional activity, providing actionable insights on performance and investment efficiency. Produce regular dashboards, KPI reporting, and commercial performance insights for leadership teams. Track and analyse sales activation/campaign effectiveness and promotional outcomes.
  • Promotional Governance & Commercial Coordination: Coordinate the promotional review gate process to ensure commercial decisions are aligned, documented, and communicated clearly following review meetings. Ensure clarity and visibility on investment decisions and agreed commercial actions across relevant stakeholders. Support coordination between Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure campaigns, promotional activity, and sales execution are aligned and communicated through a cycle planning process that is owned and driven by sales operations. Help define and maintain clear processes, timelines, and accountability across promotional planning and approvals.
  • Data, CRM & Analytics: Own data quality, integrity, and consistency across CRM and reporting systems. Build scalable reporting models and automated dashboards to improve visibility and reduce manual reporting effort. Translate data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Required Qualifications: 2–3 years’ experience in sales operations, commercial analytics, or a similar data-driven role. Proven experience measuring ROI and performance of retail media, promotional campaigns, or commercial activity. Advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI and CRM systems; strong organisational and stakeholder management capabilities. Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams. Strong problem-solving mindset, with a focus on improving processes, driving efficiency, and bringing structure to complex or fast-moving environments.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting retail, FMCG, or B2B commercial teams. Familiarity with media performance metrics, promotional planning processes, and campaign lifecycle management. Experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, or improving data/CRM processes.
