The Global Associate Media Planner/Buyer will be responsible for overseeing the execution of paid media campaigns across various platforms (Meta, Google, Programmatic, TikTok, OOH). This role requires:
- Platform expertise: experience executing against media campaign strategies.
- Strong analytical skills: understands how to analyze and report campaign data.
- Global mindset: to scale campaigns while respecting market-specific nuances.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Use PDS for continuous self-improvement.
- Conduct optimal performance discussions with team members.
- Meet or beat assigned KPIs.
- Minimize A&P sourcing costs and optimize marketing materials development and delivery timelines.
- Improve marketing communications through expedited workflow.
- Negotiate rates for company media communications.
- Ensure brand advertising is in compliance with advertising laws and social responsibility requirements.
- Identify areas that need improvement in the media buying process.
- Manage to connect processes, learnings and consistency across media.
- Secure media inventory against an established media plan.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- MUST: Proficiencies and knowledge of social media channels.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to drive results in a complex, high-growth company.
- 4 years experience in media buying and planning.
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
PREFERRED:
- Experience working directly with media vendors and platforms.
