Job Description/Responsibilities
The Assistant Brand Manager - Shopper Marketing, Buzz Ballz will support the regional planning and execution of consumer/shopper/category insights and shopper marketing initiatives across Europe for Buzz Ballz.
This role is critical in bringing to life the path to purchase and ensuring our activations connect with consumers in a way that drives conversion, loyalty and category growth.
This role will connect marketing frameworks with commercial needs, work closely with sales, distributors and customers to support market development focusing on POS & trade marketing frameworks, in-market activation & execution.
Accelerating entry into new European markets: A commercially-minded marketeer
Identifying opportunities to scale across Europe, Building more sophisticated route-to-market plans, Strengthening senior customer and distributor relationships, Identifying new commercial partnerships and distribution opportunities.
Implementing the longer-term brand and shopper marketing agenda for Europe at the ground-level
Creating bigger European brand and campaign platforms, Increasing use of consumer, category and commercial insight, encouraging cross collaboration between sales & marketing.
Qualifications/Requirements
