This role is offered as a 6-month fixed‑term contract. The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders and HR, leading full‑cycle recruiting across multiple functions and locations. This role partners with stakeholders to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes by providing market insights, driving effective recruiting strategies, and ensuring an efficient and compliant hiring process.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with hiring leaders and HR to understand business priorities, role requirements, and workforce planning needs.
- Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to attract high‑quality talent across assigned functions.
- Provide labor market insights, talent availability data, and competitive intelligence to support hiring decisions.
- Lead the end‑to‑end recruiting process including intake, sourcing, screening, candidate assessment, interview coordination, and offer guidance.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship management.
