The Global Associate Media Planner/Buyer is responsible for executing global media plans and media buying activities that support Sazerac’s brand growth objectives across TV, Radio, CTV/OLV, Digital, Social, Programmatic, Retail Media, OOH, and emerging channels. This role will report to Sazerac Global Media Supervisor to activate media frameworks, optimize campaign performance, and ensure flawless execution across global markets. The role combines media expertise, analytical capabilities, and operational excellence to deliver efficient and effective media campaigns that maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.

Working cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Creative, E-Business, Shopper, Analytics, agency partners, media vendors, and local market teams, this individual ensures media plans are executed consistently while adapting to market-specific needs and opportunities.

Must:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, advertising, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Independent self-starter who can work autonomously.
  • Experience working within global or multi-market media environments.
  • Solid expertise on paid media buys across TV, radio, CTV/OLV.
  • Hands-on experience setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Meta, Google, programmatic, TikTok, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of media metrics, campaign reporting, attribution, and performance measurement.
  • Strong planning, organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • 3+ years of experience in media planning, media buying and campaign execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of marketing mix modelling, media measurement, attribution, audience targeting, and marketing effectiveness methodologies.
  • Experience working directly with media vendors, publishers, and advertising platforms.

Physical:

  • Ability to read and write.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 10%).
