Responsibilities

  • Acquire business and competitive information, translating it into actionable insight and strong customer and consumer propositions.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams, managing relationships with third‑party data and insight partners.
  • Identify insight to shape category, customer and brand strategies, providing performance understanding, executional recommendations and commercial target setting.
  • Create fact‑based growth stories for priority customers, enabling the portfolio to gain share of distribution, space and location across on and off trade.
  • Ensure robust performance tracking to continually improve effectiveness.
  • Shape the role and potentially build a team in the future reporting into the Managing Director.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience building key insight and translating it into executional actions and compelling sales stories delivering improved results.
  • Creative, ambitious, growth mindset with a drive for results.
  • Strong accountability, team player, self‑directed with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage and influence key stakeholders locally and globally.
  • Demonstrated active learning, independent observations and “connect the dots” to build compelling stories.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • High level MS Excel and PowerPoint skills with competence in manipulating data.
  • Familiarity with key market data sources and tools (CGA, IRI, Nielsen, Kantar) and planogramming software.
