SAYURI is a fast-growing premium Japanese matcha and tea brand with an expanding presence across hospitality, retail and international markets. We are looking for a commercially driven Head of Sales to help lead the next stage of growth across wholesale, foodservice and strategic partnerships. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands relationship-driven sales, enjoys building accounts from the ground up, and can combine strong commercial instincts with structured reporting and presentation skills.
- Strong experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Proficiency in Account Management and developing fruitful client relationships
- Analytical Skills for identifying market trends, assessing performance metrics, and developing strategies
- Expertise in Team Management, including leadership, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative team culture
- Experience in the beverage, wellness, or consumer goods industry is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Represent the SAYURI brand at meetings, events and industry functions
- Support international growth opportunities where required
- Previous experience within food & beverage, premium consumer goods, hospitality or related industries
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of margins, pricing and sales performance
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and CRM/sales reporting tools preferred
- Existing network within hospitality, café, retail or premium food sectors
- Experience working with premium or lifestyle brands
