Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 depending on experience

SAYURI is a fast-growing premium Japanese matcha and tea brand with an expanding presence across hospitality, retail, and international markets. We are looking for a commercially driven Head of Sales to help lead the next stage of growth across wholesale, foodservice, and strategic partnerships. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands relationship-driven sales, enjoys building accounts from the ground up, and can combine strong commercial instincts with structured reporting and presentation skills.

  • Strong experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Proficiency in Account Management and developing fruitful client relationships
  • Analytical Skills for identifying market trends, assessing performance metrics, and developing strategies
  • Expertise in Team Management, including leadership, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative team culture
  • Experience in the beverage, wellness, or consumer goods industry is an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Represent the SAYURI brand at meetings, events, and industry functions
  • Support international growth opportunities where required
  • Previous experience within food & beverage, premium consumer goods, hospitality, or related industries
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of margins, pricing, and sales performance
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/sales reporting tools preferred
  • Existing network within hospitality, café, retail, or premium food sectors
  • Experience working with premium or lifestyle brands
