Your Role
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee to professional barista standards
- Dial in grinders and maintain consistency throughout service
- Ensure excellent presentation of every drink
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee and service areas
- Assist with daily café operations and opening/closing duties
- Support and work closely with the wider team
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Barista in a busy café
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and workflow
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and well presented
- Passion for coffee and hospitality
