FlowerCafe is built on standards, not shortcuts. We are seeking an exceptional Café Manager to lead one of our flagship locations. This role is for a professional who takes pride in their space, understands true hospitality, and can deliver both operational excellence and a memorable customer experience. This is not a clipboard management role. You will lead from the front.

The Role

You will take full ownership of the café's daily operation — leading your team, maintaining exceptional coffee standards, and ensuring every customer receives the level of service FlowerCafe is known for. You will create an environment where quality, consistency, and atmosphere come first.

You Must Have

  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing or supervising in a quality café
  • Strong barista skills and genuine passion for coffee
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
  • High personal standards and attention to detail
  • Professional presence and strong organisational ability
  • Pride in maintaining a clean, beautiful, well-run space
