We are looking for compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Workers to join our growing care team in Warrington. In this role, you will support individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. You will provide personal care, companionship, and practical support to elderly people and adults who require assistance with daily living.
- Provide high-quality personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with medication reminders or administration according to care plans.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to improve wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate care notes and reports for each visit.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behaviour.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control policies.
Previous experience in health and social care is desirable but not essential. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it). Enhanced DBS check required. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
