Sayjo Recruitment Ltd are acting on behalf of a client to recruit for a permanent job vacancy. All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.
Based in the Morley, Leeds area, they are looking for a great candidate for an important role within the business. The right candidate will join a growing business and become part of a dedicated, friendly team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Receiving and checking of delivered inventory
- Booking in purchase orders
- Storing inventory using forklift and manual methods (valid counterbalanced licence is a must)
- Using NAV system to analyse, track and identify inventory levels
- Using Microsoft system to identify and pick components for production
- Replenish KANBAN and investigate and report any low inventory levels
- Quarterly stock count
- General daily warehouse duties
- Adhering to health and safety policies
- Regular housekeeping and general tidiness
Requirements:
- FLT Counterbalance License (refreshed within last 5 years)
- Stores Experience
- Ability to use computer system in daily role.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Good level of fitness, ability to lift and carry stock
- Reliable, professional, friendly team player
Hours of Work:
7.30am – 4.45pm Monday – Thursday
7.30am – 11.30am Friday
39 hours basic, plus overtime when required.
Hourly Rate:
£13.00ph for first 6 months, increasing to £13.50 after 6-month probation period.
