A Recruitment Resourcer / Recruiter -Focused on the driving sector resourcing for national accounts.

This is a remote role, with travel to sites and offices twice a week, in the Staffordsshire area.

This is a great career opportunity for someone who has onsite recruitment or industrial recruitment experience and wants to leave behind on call and long working hours.

You will be experienced in recruitment for the industrial sector from SMEs or national accounts, with a real passion for fulfilment, quality recruitment processes and offering a great experience to candidates.

Sayjo Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our specialist onsite recruitment client, for their award-winning resourcing team.

There is a great development path in this role and ongoing training.

Working from home and commuting twice a week to see colleagues and sites, to trade events, you will need your own vehicle.

No on-call, no sales.

This role is placing adverts, liaising with sites, supporting onsite teams, screening volume applications, and working at both quality and pace to process candidates through to sites.

The role

  • Source, attract and pre-screen candidates for a variety of roles through job board portals, application tracking system (ATS), ensuring a great candidate experience.
  • Process high volume applications, ensuring great communication on requirements, expectations, and process.
  • Manage candidate availability, coordinate interviews, and provide job briefings.
  • Complete database searches and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Consult with national account contacts, colleagues and management on challenges, fulfilment levels, and advise on payrates.
  • Provide support on interview skills, to give candidates the support required.
  • Provide honest and clear feedback and update each record in the ATS inline with compliance and legislative requirements.
  • Full administration of candidate’s journey and creation of reports for sites and management.

We are looking for

  • Previous experience within a recruitment environment, which must inclue driver recruitment.
  • The ability to work with volume work, managing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Own car or motorbike is essential due to sites locations.
  • Flexibility to travel to sites in the Staffordshire area twice a week and monthly national meetings in the UK.
