Sayjo Recruitment Ltd are acting on behalf of a client to recruit a full time Sales Administrator. Our client is a distributor of ceramic tiles, selling to re-sellers, trade and the general public. They are looking for someone to join their small, friendly internal sales team. Due to the fast paced, busy nature of the business, candidates who have previous sales order processing experience would be of particular interest. Salary – £25,500 per annum – £12.90 per hour for a 38 hours a week. Job Role: * Answering the phones and dealing with customer enquiries. * Processing sales orders taken via email, phone or via the company website. * Liaising with different departments, warehouse, showroom, trade counter and accounts. * Compiling quotes for customer when required. * Complaint handling. * Being proactive when speaking to customers to promote additional products they may need. * Liaising with suppliers re delivery dates and keeping customer updated with progress. Requirements: * Previous experience of working in a sales office. * Good computer skills, Microsoft Office and Sales Order Processing Software such as Navision or Dynamics experience would be an advantage, but not essential. * Excellent customer service skills. * Great team skills to support colleagues across departments. * Great numeracy and literacy skills. This is a great opportunity to work in a lovely office environment, with a friendly team. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.15pm and Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm, with one hour each day for lunch.
