Overview
Onsite Recruiter, Industrial Sector Recruitment – A talented recruitment onsite account manager opportunity to oversee a key site in Hartepool Teeside area. The role is to ensure fulfilment of staffing requirements, communication and supporting staffing, safety, performance and retention for the site. Working hours are 12pm‑9pm Monday to Thursday onsite, then Friday 12‑5pm onsite and finishing at 9pm via oncall. You will manage your own site to the service level agreement and travel to other sites to support peers on their critical sites with holiday cover, meetings and area meetings. Own transport is required.
Responsibilities
- Daily briefing meetings with client’s management team and supervisors
- Sourcing applicants alongside the team
- Liaising with management of site to ensure training, safety and compliance
- Oversee performance results and staffing challenges
- Fulfilment and performance review meetings
- Assessing and inductions of site, safety and compliance
- Forecasting and planning headcount and solutions
- Screening shortlisted candidates face to face and interviewing alongside the team
- Manage basic HR such as disciplinaries
- Manage rotas and holidaysMaintain health and safety records
- Driving to other sites in the area to cover fellow account managers holidays and critical meetings or incidents
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment onsite or in the industrial sector
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Resilient and calm, able to handle challenges and positively lead others
- Own transport available for site travel

- £30,000 per annum basic salary
