An Onsite Recruiter, Industrial Sector Recruitment : A talented recruitment onsite account manager is needed to join a great team to oversee a key site in Crayford Dartford. This role is to ensure fulfilment of staffing requirements, communication and supporting staffing, safety, performance and retention for the site. Sayjo Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of this specialist onsite recruitment company. This is a permanent role, offering a great career in a specific sector, you will be fully trained to become an integral part of the site operation. About you: * You will be great at communicating and people management * With experience in recruitment onsite for the industrial sector, recycling or engineering sector. * A resilient and calm person who can handle a challenge and positively lead others The role: * Daily briefing meetings with client’s management team and supervisors * Sourcing applicants alongside the team * Liaising with management of site to ensure training, safety and compliance * Oversee performance results such as productivity KPIs and challenges of staffing * Fulfilment and performance review meetings * Assessing and inductions of site, safety and compliance * Forecasting and planning headcount and solutions * Screening shortlisted candidates face to face and interviewing alongside the team * Manage basic HR such as disciplinaries * Manage rotas and holidays. * Health and safety records * Driving to other sites in the area to cover fellow account managers holidays and critical meetings or incidents. Working standard hours are rotating 6:30 and to 3:30pm for two weeks, then 1pm to 10pm the following 2 weeks on an ongoing rotation Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend cover.
