Customer Service Executive required for a complex and busy service provider in Elland .

Working from the office in Elland, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, you will process complex energy contract requirements from set-up, to ongoing operation of client’s energy contract requirements.

This busy role offers great variety, accountability and career development.

You will support clients and colleagues with administrative support and technical answers throughout the day.

Sayjo Recruitment Ltd are recruiting on behalf of this great service provider in Elland.

Energy sector and utilities experience is not required, but we are looking for complex data support, technical customer service or similar.

Duties include

  • As the person with the answers, for internal colleagues and external clients, you will negotiate renewal contract options on behalf of clients, whilst understanding the client requirements and market conditions.
  • Validate current contract information with incumbent suppliers for all new clients and accurately enter contract data onto database. Updating with real time information
  • Use analysis for best offers, usage patterns and other valuable information
  • Submit termination letters to suppliers in line with their terms and conditions
  • Create and submit tenders to suppliers.
  • Create pricing analysis and input matrix & bespoke pricing to be issued to sales prior to client meetings.
  • Ensure all signed contracts are processed upon receipt and confirmation received from suppliers of acceptance.
  • Handle objections to transfer on behalf of their customers by liaising directly with suppliers and clients.
  • Ensure contracts transfer process is completed and written confirmation from suppliers of live dates are received.
  • Taking incoming client and supplier enquiries (by telephone and email) and liaising with all affected parties to complete timely resolution.
  • Validate monthly invoices and handle any queries on behalf of their clients
  • Communicate changes and produce monthly reports for the sales team, keeping everyone informed. You will :
