Sayjo Recruitment Ltd are acting on behalf of a client to recruit a MIG Welder – Mild Steel & Carbon – Large Diameter Pipe. Working in a workshop environment near Leeds (junction 28 M62, Junction 40 M1), welding mild steel and carbon large diameter pipework for installations on chemical sites.
Applicants will need to have the following:
- MIG Welding experience to a high standard.
- Welding Mild Steel and Carbon experience.
- Experience welding large diameter pipework.
- Previously worked to coded / x-ray standards.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Willing to do a weld test as part of the interview process.
Working hours: Days. Currently Monday to Thursday, 6am – 4.15pm. May increase to 6am – 6pm Monday to Friday as job ramps up.
Rates of Pay: Contractors = £25ph flat rate all hours.
