Onsite Account Manager – Industrial Sector Recruitment A talented recruitment onsite account manager is needed to join a great team to oversee a key sites in the Broxburn, East Glasgow and Musselburgh area.

This is a hands-on role, alongside a team of 3 to ensure fulfilment of staffing requirements is managed in this challenging time.

You will travel to other sites to support your peers on their critical sites with holiday cover, critical meetings and area meetings so you will need to have your own transport as these sites are not easy to access.

About you

  • You will be great at communicating and people management
  • A resilient and calm person who can handle a challenge and positively lead others
  • Ideally you will have experience in recruitment onsite solutions ideally in industrial
  • You will be happy spending about 50% of your working day on the shopfloor supporting the workforce team with their performance, safety and compliance.

Aiding the production managers and leaders with personnel issues.

The role

  • Daily briefing meetings with client’s management team and supervisors
  • Sourcing applicants alongside the team
  • Liaising with management of site to ensure training, safety and compliance
  • Oversee performance results, challenges of staffing
  • Fulfilment and performance review meetings
  • Assessing and inductions of site, safety and compliance
  • Forecasting and planning headcount and solutions
  • Screening shortlisted candidates face to face and interviewing alongside the team
  • Manage basic HR such as disciplinaries
  • Manage rotas and holidays.
  • Health and safety records
  • Team development and training
  • Driving to other sites in the area to cover fellow account managers holidays and critical meetings or incidents.

Working standard hours of 7 -4pm Monday to Friday, but a degree of flexibility to support site operations.

Offering £30,400 depending on experience, plus £1000 on call allowance, £2400 car allowance , plus a long list of benefits, you will be offered excellent training, clear progression routes and 25 days holiday plus stats.

This role does require you to have your own vehicle.
