Sayjo Recruitment Ltd are acting on behalf of a client to recruit a HR Contractor – Employee Relations Expertise CIPD Level 7 Hybrid – Flexible in terms of hours – Full or Part Time Applicants Considered. 3 Month Fixed Term Contract (strong possibility it may be extended) Are you an experienced HR leader with a passion for driving performance, shaping culture, and building strong organisational capability?

The Role In the role, you’ll be integral to the success of our UK business.
You’ll partner closely with leaders and teams to drive performance, strengthen capability, and deliver impactful people strategies aligned to business goals.
From leading employee relations and organisational change, to shaping engagement, performance management, reward processes and people metrics, your work will directly influence culture, retention and long-term success across our Bradford site and wider business.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to drive improved people metrics across the business, including absence, retention, engagement and workforce demographics.
- Lead and support compensation review and STI processes, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes.
- Provide expert employee relations advice, guiding managers through complex people matters with confidence and consistency.
- Lead organisational change activity, including restructures and TUPE processes, ensuring clear communication and minimal disruption.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, coaching leaders on using engagement data to improve culture and performance.
- Support and challenge managers through performance management, corrective action and performance improvement planning.
- Own people policies and procedures, ensuring they remain legally compliant and commercially fit for purpose.
Requirements We’re looking for a confident, commercially minded HR leader with a strong track record of partnering with the business to deliver real people impact.
You’ll bring solid employee relations expertise, experience of organisational change, and the credibility to coach and influence leaders at all levels.
A CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience), strong analytical capability, and the ability to balance business priorities with employee advocacy will be essential to succeed in this role.
