We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN) to support the running of a well-established nursing home. Working closely with the Home Manager, you\'ll ensure high standards of care, compliance, and resident satisfaction while leading a committed team of staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong clinical leadership to care and nursing teams.
- Support the Home Manager with compliance, governance, and inspection standards.

- Take responsibility for the home in the Manager\'s absence.
- Participate in the on-call rota alongside the Home Manager.
What We\'re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a care home setting.

Working Hours
- 40 hours per week (typically 12-hour shifts).
- Overtime available.
