POSITION DESCRIPTION: Sayari is seeking a strategic and high-agency Director of Digital Demand Generation to architect and lead our demand engine across Enterprise, Government, and Financial Services segments. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Marketing, you will own the end-to-end strategy for pipeline creation, managing a team of three and leveraging an AI-native toolkit to drive measurable revenue impact. This is a builder role for a seasoned operator who excels at translating complex market data into high-performing digital campaigns and coordinated sales plays.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Architect and execute a full-funnel demand generation strategy across paid digital, ABM, content syndication, email, and social to drive predictable pipeline.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of three, including BDR and Event Management functions, to ensure alignment between digital demand and field execution.
- Scale account-based marketing (ABM) programs using 6sense or equivalent intent data to engage priority accounts with AI-powered personalization.
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to define MQL/SQL criteria, lead scoring frameworks, and attribution models that tie marketing investment to revenue.
- Own the digital advertising budget and strategy, optimizing paid search and social toward pipeline contribution rather than vanity metrics.
- Deploy AI tools and workflows to accelerate content creation, automate campaign optimization, and improve targeting efficiency.
- Establish a regular reporting cadence for senior leadership, using Salesforce and attribution data to translate campaign performance into strategic insights.
- Design integrated multi-channel campaigns that seamlessly connect digital touchpoints with virtual and in-person events.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Required:
- 10+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role owning pipeline and revenue targets.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth at companies with $100M+ ARR.
- Deep expertise in multi-segment B2B technology marketing, specifically for Enterprise, Government, or Financial Services buyers.
- Expert-level command of Marketo, HubSpot, 6sense, Demandbase, and Salesforce.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to optimize marketing operations and personalization at scale.
- Strong analytical orientation with the ability to build and interpret complex attribution and funnel models.
- High agency leadership style with a focus on second-order thinking and ruthless prioritization.
Preferred:
- Experience marketing to government agencies or intelligence community buyers.
- Background in risk intelligence, RegTech, or FinCrime compliance markets.
- Familiarity with government procurement cycles and SLED/Federal demand gen strategies.
