Role Overview
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies for Saxtons, Forza Finance, and WeBuyPrestigeCar. This role is key to increasing brand awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and driving business growth. You will oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message while delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, digital advertising, and engagement initiatives) to generate high-quality sales leads. Monitor and refine strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and report on marketing performance against key metrics (KPIs). Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team to drive continuous improvement.
- Market Research: Conduct ongoing market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance competitiveness.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to develop strategies that enhance the customer journey, from initial contact to after-sales support.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Agency & Budget Management: Oversee third-party agencies to ensure the effective delivery of marketing projects. Manage and optimise the marketing budget to maximise return on investment.
