A leading top tier contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the delivery of design and build projects for an award-winning Tier 1 contractor.

The Package:
- Basic salary of £72,500 - £77,500.
- Company Car Allowance (£6,000).

Responsibilities:
- Commercial Lead on Design & Build projects £5m - £35m.
- Chair Pre-let meetings and finalising Subcontract Orders.
- Procurement and managing sub-contract packages.
- Dealing with variations and valuations.
- Production of CVRs.
Requirements:
- Experience working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor.
- Experience dealing with/managing final accounts.
- Experience managing sub-contractor variations.
- Industry related qualification.
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects ranging from £5m - £20m.
