A leading top tier contractor is searching for a Project Manager to join the expanding team based in the South Wales region. This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of design and build projects for an award-winning Tier 1 contractor based in Cardiff. The Project Manager will initially head up the team working on a new build education facility based in Cardiff (circa £25m).

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering D&B projects as Project Lead
  • Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
  • Experience managing clients and sub-contractors
  • SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid

  • Plan resources on site to maximise productivity and profit
  • Manage projects to the highest standards of safety
  • Manage sub-contractors and project stakeholders
  • Deliver projects to meet contractual standards
