- Experience working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor.
- Experience dealing with/managing final accounts.
- Experience managing sub-contractor variations.
- Industry related qualification.
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects ranging from £5m - £20m.
