Are you a Health & Safety Manager who wants to make a positive impact and influence culture? Our client is searching for a Health & Safety Manager to head-up H&S across the business and play a key role in shaping strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for a Health & Safety Manager to join a growing contractor focused on delivering Design & Build projects for an impressive list of repeat clients.
About the Role: Our client is a market leading contractor delivering new build luxury care homes and new build social housing. They have a track record delivering projects ranging from £5m to £10m - and are now moving into new markets such as commercial and industrial developments as part of their 10-year growth plan. The role will involve regular travel to ensure the site teams adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.

Requirements:
- NEBOSH Construction certificate (Preferred)
- Construction experience (essential)
- Great communication skills
- Passion for Health & Safety
Key Duties:
- Provide pro-active support on all H&S issues.
- Implement the Health & Safety policy
- Monitor SHE performance goals.
- Work closely with site teams
Salary & Package:
- Basic salary of £50,000 - £70,000 (DOE)
- Company Allowance (£5,000)

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Health & Safety Manager / Health & Safety Advisor working with a main contractor.
