A Top 10 contractor is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on major design and build projects ranging from £5m to £50m. The initial project is for an esteemed public sector client and consists of new build and refurbishment to an existing school in Birmingham (£15m).
