Site Manager β Main Contractor
Site Manager β this is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join a leading building contractor delivering projects across commercial, education, leisure, care and retirement, student accommodation and high-rise residential projects ranging from Β£5m β Β£50m.

The business has recently been awarded several new projects starting across 2026 and as such are about to embark on an exciting period of structured growth β it\βs a great time to join the team and be part of the next stage of the journey.
The initial projects are starting in early 2026 and consist of two new build offices (Β£10m & Β£25m) a new build care home (Β£25m) a contemporary residential development (Β£20m) and an industrial warehouse (Β£5m).
Salary & Package:
β Basic salary of Β£52,500 β Β£62,500 (DOE)
β Company Car or Allowance (Β£6,000)

Responsibilities & Duties:
β Plan resources on site and ensure programme is being met
β Manage projects to the highest standards of safety

Requirements:
β Ability to manage delivery teams and sub-contractors effectively
β Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role
β Commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction
β Strong leadership and communication skills
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Site Manager delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from Β£10m+.
