Our client is a well-established and respected contractor looking to strengthen their operations team with the appointment of a Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a leading contractor delivering projects across commercial, education, leisure, care and retirement, student accommodation and high rise residential with project values ranging from £5m - £50m.

As a Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for overseeing multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The business has secured several new schemes which commence in 2026 and a full pipeline of work into 2028. The company is about to embark on a period of structured growth and can offer stable and ongoing work alongside further training, development and progression.
Salary & Package:
- Basic salary of £80,000 - £95,000 (DOE)
