Senior Site Manager β Main Contractor
Senior Site Manager β our client is a privately owned main contractor which is searching for a Senior Site Manager to join the growing operations and delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join a leading building contractor delivering projects across commercial, education, leisure, care and retirement, student accommodation and high-rise residential projects ranging from Β£5m β Β£50m.

The initial projects are starting in early 2026 and consist of two new build offices (Β£10m & Β£25m) a new build care home (Β£25m) a contemporary residential development (Β£20m) and an industrial warehouse (Β£5m).
Salary & Package:
β Basic salary of Β£62,500 β Β£72,500 (DOE)
β Company Car or Allowance (Β£6,500)

Responsibilities & Duties:
β Plan resources on site and ensure programme is being met
β Manage projects to the highest standards of safety
β Manage sub-contractors and project stakeholders
β Deliver projects to meet contractual standards
Requirements:
β Ability to manage delivery teams and sub-contractors effectively
β Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or in a similar role
β Commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction
β Strong leadership and communication skills
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Site Manager delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from Β£10m+.
