A growing privately-owned building contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading regional contractor delivering projects across commercial, blue-light, education, training, healthcare and leisure sectors ranging from £5m - £35m. The initial project is a refurbishment of a police station valued at £8m where you would work as the commercial lead alongside an experienced project delivery team.
