Senior Quantity Surveyor – Nottingham
Senior Quantity Surveyor – are you looking to take the next step in your Quantity Surveying career? Our client is a well-established and respected contractor looking to strengthen their commercial team with the appointment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor join a leading contractor delivering projects across commercial, education, leisure, care and retirement, student accommodation and high rise residential with project values ranging from £5m – £50m.

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial team in managing costs, contracts, and procurement throughout the project lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills within a supportive environment.
Salary & Package:
– Basic salary of £65,000 – £75,000 (DOE)

– Procurement and managing sub-contractor packages

Requirements:
– Experience working with a construction contractor
– Experience working as a QS or Senior QS
– Experience working on 'live' projects
– Industry related qualification
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £5m+.
