We are partnering with our client who is one of North America's major construction contractors ($4bn t/o) to appoint Design Managers to major deliver design and build projects across Toronto. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Canada's longest standing building contractors delivering commercial, healthcare, datacentres, aviation, defence, laboratories and life science projects ranging from $50m - $1bn (circa £25m - £500m).

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Senior Design Manager on D&B projects (£25m+) for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor.
