A leading contractor is searching for an Estimator to join the expanding pre-construction team based in Derby. This is an exciting opportunity for an Estimator to play a key role in the success of one of the region's most successful building contractors.

Our client has been successful in securing several framework agreements within the public sector and as such have a full order book of education, commercial and leisure projects ranging from £5m - £30m. They are an established business with an excellent network of repeat clients; the company operates with 'traditional values', paying sub-contractors fairly and on-time. The company is about to go on a period of structured growth and is set to increase turnover by a further 25% over the next 18 months. It's a friendly team environment, furthermore there is no shareholder pressure and sensible reporting systems in place.
