A Top 10 contractor is searching for a Senior Planner to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Planner to work on major design and build projects ranging from £5m to £50m. The initial projects include education, commercial and MOD contracts ranging from £10m - £40m under long-term framework agreements.
With a turnover of 1bn+, our client is one of the UK's leading construction groups, operating across the education, commercial, retail, defence, leisure and high-rise accommodation sectors. They offer the opportunity to work on some of the region's most prestigious projects ranging from £5m - £100m. They are also partners on several frameworks including MOD, MOJ, P22 / P23+, Department for Education and have a pipeline of £3bn over the next 5 years with a full order book for 2026 and into 2028.
Salary & Package:
- Great basic salary of £72,500 - £82,500 (DOE)

Requirements:
- Experience working as a Planner / Senior Planner
- Experience working for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor

- Experience on projects from £5m+
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Senior Planner delivering construction projects for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor ranging from £10m+.
